为保证 1 0 MW高温气冷堆备用柴油发电机组的可靠运行 ,机组控制系统采用了以 PLC为核心的设计方案。文中介绍了机组的主要运行方式及其控制系统的结构、控制要求 ,实现了机组运行过程的自动控制、状态监测、系统管理及故障诊断和报警等功能。该机组已在 1 0 MW高温堆中安装调试完毕 ,并正式投入运行。
In order to ensure the reliable operation of the standby diesel generating set of the 10MW high temperature gas-cooled reactor, the control system of the generating set adopts the design scheme with PLC as the core. This paper introduces the main operation mode of the unit and the structure and control requirements of the control system, and realizes the functions of automatic control, condition monitoring, system management, fault diagnosis and alarm of the unit during operation. The unit has been installed and commissioned in a 10MW high temperature reactor and has been put into operation.
