本文采用软体形态观察、生殖器解剖和分子生物学相结合的方法对福建出入境检验检疫局莆田口岸截获的蛞蝓标本进行快速鉴定,结果表明该蛞蝓为大灰蛞蝓(Limax maximus Linnaeus,1758)。大灰蛞蝓不仅是线虫Agfa flexilis、Angiostoma limacis、Angiostrongylus costaricensis和Angiostrongylus cantonensis的中间寄主,而且严重危害各种蔬菜、瓜果等农作物,目前在中国尚无分布,故建议加强检疫措施,防止入侵。
In this paper, rapid morphological identification, genital dissection and molecular biology were used for rapid identification of specimens of 蛞 截 intercepted by Putian Port Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of Fujian Province. The results showed that the 蛞 蝓 was Limax maximus Linnaeus (1758). It is not only an intermediate host of nematodes Agfa flexilis, Angiostoma limacis, Angiostrongylus costaricensis and Angiostrongylus cantonensis, but also seriously endangers all kinds of vegetables, fruits and other crops. At present, there is no distribution in China. Therefore, it is suggested to strengthen quarantine measures to prevent invasion.
