目的:建立一种同时快速测定白葛胶囊中葛根素、大豆苷元、欧前胡素及异欧前胡素含量的方法。方法:采用C18整体柱(4.6 mm×50 mm,2μm),甲醇(A)-0.1%冰醋酸(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长254 nm,进样体积5μL,柱温30℃。结果:在建立的色谱条件下,4种有效成分可获得良好的分离,且各自在一定的浓度范围内线性关系良好(r>0.9995),方法回收率在95%~105%。结论:所建立的方法简便、快速、可靠,可用于白葛胶囊中多种成分的快速检测。
Objective: To establish a rapid and rapid method for the determination of puerarin, daidzein, imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Baige capsule. METHODS: The mobile phase consisted of C18 monolithic column (4.6 mm × 50 mm, 2 μm) and methanol (A) -0.1% glacial acetic acid (B) with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min- Sample volume 5μL, column temperature 30 ℃. Results: Under the established chromatographic conditions, the four effective components were well separated and their linearity was good (r> 0.9995) in a certain range of concentration. The recoveries were between 95% and 105%. Conclusion: The established method is simple, rapid and reliable, which can be used for the rapid detection of multiple components in Baige capsules.
