目前快速充电技术已在国内广泛推广应用,使蓄电池充电时间大为缩短。一般快速充电循环过程是充电、停止、放电、停止。充电电流为电瓶容量的一倍,放电电流为电瓶容量的几倍至几十倍,放电时间在一毫秒以内。而电瓶车等大、中功率的电瓶,要求充电电流大(数百安培),放电电流更大(上千安培)。这样,对放电回路元件的可靠性要求就高,不易达到。 为了解决这个问题,根据兄弟单位的经验,结合我厂的具体情况,我们试制一套快速充电设备,适于30~60伏电瓶车和电瓶铲
