中国搜索引擎巨头百度一系列失范行为之曝光,可视作科技与社会冲突之一大样本。本文总结了百度此次危机事件中的种种失范表现,指出搜索引擎“二次售卖”赢利模式所体现之准媒体属性,以及其与公众之间的社会契约,使得搜索引擎行业有别于一般企业,带有公共性;提出了搜索引擎失范的两个社会语境——具有儿童面向特征的网络社会失范之普遍性,以及现实社会中媒体失范的普遍性、搜索引擎的暧昧性;从当下社会对百度危机所作之回应得出结论——针对该类失范行为的社会规范仍未确立,“社会”仍然不在场。
The outbreak of a series of unregulated acts by Chinese search engine giant Baidu can be seen as a large sample of science and technology and social conflicts. This article summarizes all kinds of anomie in the Baidu crisis and points out that the quasi-media attributes embodied in the search engine “secondary sales ” profit model and its social contract with the public make the search engine industry different from General business, with publicity; put forward two social contexts of search engine anomie - the universality of social anomie with children-oriented network society, and the universality of media anomie in real society and the ambiguity of search engine; from The current society’s response to Baidu’s crisis concludes that the social norms governing this type of misconduct have not been established yet and “society” is still absent.
