为了适应社会经济状况的发展,企业必须不断进行组织变革,这就需要企业具备一定的人力资源管理方法。进行组织变革的时候,企业要根据市场发展趋势,不断调整组织机构的改革方向,根据企业发展情况,使用人才晋升、绩效、合理裁员等方式,实现企业发展。本文主要在组织变革的基础上,对企业人力资源管理策略进行探讨,强调了直线部门的职责,希望可以为企业的发展提供参考。
In order to adapt to the development of social and economic conditions, enterprises must make continuous organizational changes, which requires enterprises to have certain human resources management methods.
