对Q235B中厚板表面缺陷处的显微组织、非金属夹杂物等进行了金相组织和扫描电镜观察及能谱分析。实验发现:钢水脱氧不良;缺陷周围分布着大量的氧化铁质点和非金属夹杂物。可见,这类缺陷是连铸坯上气泡和含夹杂的气囊在加热和轧制过程中胀裂后形成的,称气泡类缺陷。为此提出了相应的改进措施。
The microstructure and non-metallic inclusions in the surface defects of Q235B plate were observed by metallography, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. Experiments found that: molten steel deoxygenation; defects distributed around a large number of iron oxide particles and non-metallic inclusions. Can be seen that this type of defect is the continuous casting of air bubbles and inclusions in the airbag during the heating and rolling process formed after the bulge, said bubble-like defects. For this reason, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.
