本文探讨了带角变形的压力容器坒内的应力状态。对园柱形模型平衡的分析,说明如膜应力和剪应力在容器坒内为常数,容器的形状必然是完整的园柱形而没有任何几何缺陷。角变形或其他几何缺陷的存在,造成膜应力和剪应力沿着器坒而变化。本文利用卡氏定理对带着角变形的园柱形模型容器作了分析。分析结果说明,焊缝上的局部曲率的弧长是决定焊缝所受弯曲应力的主要因素。文中并给出计算弯曲应力的近似公式。
In this paper, the stress state inside a pressure vessel with angular deformation is discussed. The analysis of the cylindrical model balance shows that if the membrane stress and shear stress are constant in the container 坒, the shape of the container must be a complete cylinder without any geometric defects. The presence of angular deformations or other geometric imperfections causes the film stress and shear stress to vary along the ridges. In this paper, the Cartesian theorem is used to analyze the cylindrical model container with angular deformation. The analysis results show that the arc length of the local curvature on the weld is the main factor that determines the bending stress on the weld. The approximate formula for calculating bending stress is given in the paper.
