探究核桃壳与棉籽壳对蜜环菌菌索生长的影响。在瓶栽和袋栽栽培过程中,采用单因素试验结合统计分析方法比较不同栽培原料的栽培效果。实验表明,菌索平均生长速度在核桃壳与麦麸培养料处理中生长最快;核桃壳与棉籽壳组合次之;棉籽壳与麦麸组合最慢。在蜜环菌培养过程中,进一步采用核桃壳与麦麸为主要原料,且比例为4:6时,可以明显促进蜜环菌菌索生长,而且可以缩短生长周期,提高产量。新的培养方法可用于蜜环菌菌索生产,为天麻和猪苓提供优质伴栽材料。
Effect of Walnut Shell and Cottonseed Shell on the Growth of Mycelia of Armillaria. In bottle and bag cultivation, single factor experiments and statistical analysis were used to compare the cultivation effects of different cultivated raw materials. Experiments show that the average growth rate of the strain of the fastest growing walnut shell and wheat bran feed processing; walnut shell and cottonseed shell combination followed; cottonseed shell and wheat bran combination of the slowest. In the process of Armillaria mellea culture, walnut shell and wheat bran were further used as the main raw materials, and the ratio of 4: 6 could obviously promote the growth of Armillaria mellea, but also shorten the growth cycle and increase the yield. The new culture method can be used for Cordyceps sinensis production, for the Gastrodia and Polyporus provide high-quality companion material.
