目的肾炎康复片中丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮Ⅱ_A进行测定。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Phenomenex C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);柱温:35℃;流动相:乙腈-甲醇-水(50:25:25);体积流量:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:270 nm。结果丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮及丹参酮Ⅱ_A的线性范围分别为0.010~0.260μg,0.010 2~0.255μg,0.020 2~2.02μg;平均回收率分别为98.6%(RSD为1.7%),97.5%(RSD为1.3%),100.2%(RSD为0.82%)。结论本方法简便、快速、准确,可以作为肾炎康复片的质量控制标准。
Purpose of nephritis rehabilitation tablets tanshinone Ⅰ, cryptotanshinone Ⅱ_A determination. Methods HPLC was performed on a Phenomenex C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The column temperature was 35 ℃. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-methanol-water (50:25:25) 1.0 mL / min; detection wavelength: 270 nm. Results The linear ranges of tanshinone Ⅰ, cryptotanshinone and tanshinone Ⅱ_A were 0.010 ~ 0.260μg, 0.010 2 ~ 0.255μg and 0.0202 ~ 2.02μg, respectively. The average recoveries were 98.6% (RSD 1.7%) and 97.5% (RSD 1.3%), 100.2% (RSD 0.82%). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used as quality control standard for nephritis rehabilitation tablets.
