现阶段我国还处于转型期间，法律法规都存在不同程度的缺陷，加上犯罪数量的增多和手段的多元化，因此需要通过培养刑侦技术的人才，来进一步提高刑侦技术，减少罪案的发生，从而维护社会治安的稳定。
