2013年高考让我们再次见证了《中学政治教学参考》杂志“新题速递”栏目的前瞻性和科学性。笔者在本栏目发表的一道试题(见2013年第3期“新题速递”栏目第1题)有幸与全国新课标Ⅰ卷第12题和新课标Ⅱ卷第15题两道供需曲线试题不谋而合。此试题的成功,得益于笔者对民生政策新风的捕捉。取材生活,关注民生——凸显人文关怀与2012年曲线试题相比,2013年没有出现纯粹直白的理论知识考查题,而是更多以生产、生活材料为背景,关注民生。如全国新课标Ⅰ卷第12题以农民土豆“丰产不丰收”为背景,试题立意体现了国家对人民生
