为了能在一次安装下测量诸如圆柱、圆锥、圆球、圆环以及它们组合体类的回转体零件内外型面的轮廓度误差,开发研制了新型的五坐标回转体测量仪。针对该仪器软件系统的开发研究,介绍了仪器的测量工作原理,给出了评定回转体零件轮廓度误差的最小区域和最小二乘法数学模型;最后介绍了软件开发过程中一些技术问题的解决方法;该测量仪投入实用后,取得了很好的使用效果。
In order to measure the profile errors of the inner and outer profiles of the rotating body parts such as cylinders, cones, balls, rings and their combinations in a single installation, a new five-coordinate rotary body gauge has been developed. Aiming at the development and research of the software system of the instrument, the measurement principle of the instrument is introduced. The least area and the least square mathematical model for evaluating the profile error of the rotor are given. Finally, the solutions of some technical problems in the process of software development are introduced The measuring instrument put into practical use, made good use of the results.
