目的探讨在喉鳞癌组织中抑癌基因Maspin和转录因子Ets1的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学(En VisionTM)法检测70例手术切除的喉鳞状细胞癌组织及30例癌旁组织中Maspin、Ets1的表达。结果Maspin、Ets1在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中和癌旁组织中的阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Maspin的阳性表达率与肿瘤直径、组织学分级、TNM分期及增殖活性Ki-67相关(P<0.05);Ets1的阳性表达率与组织学分级、TNM分期、淋巴结转移及增殖活性Ki-67相关(P<0.05)。Maspin、Ets1在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达呈负相关性(P<0.01)。结论 Maspin、Ets1共同参与了喉鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展,其表达反映了喉鳞状细胞癌的恶性程度,有利于进一步阐述喉鳞状细胞癌演变的相关机制。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of suppressor gene Maspin and transcription factor Ets1 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry (En VisionTM) was used to detect the expression of Maspin and Ets1 in 70 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 30 cases of paracancerous tissues. Results The positive expression rates of Maspin and Ets1 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and paracancerous tissue were significantly different (P <0.05). The positive expression rate of Maspin and tumor diameter, histological grade, TNM stage and proliferative activity Ki-67 (P <0.05). The positive expression rate of Ets1 was correlated with histological grade, TNM stage, lymph node metastasis and proliferative activity Ki-67 (P <0.05). The expression of Maspin and Ets1 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma was negatively correlated (P <0.01). Conclusion Maspin and Ets1 are involved in the occurrence and development of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. The expression of Maspin and Ets1 reflects the malignant degree of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and is helpful to further elucidate the related mechanism of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
