目的研究中国西沙群岛海绵Aaptos suberitoides的化学成分。方法利用薄层色谱、硅胶色谱、Sephadex LH-20色谱、MPLC、半制备HPLC的方法对化学成分进行分离纯化;通过NMR、MS的方法,并结合文献,鉴定化合物的结构。结果从西沙海绵Aaptos suberitoides的甲醇粗提取物中,分离得到8个化合物:3-(methylamino)demethyl(oxy)aaptamine(1),3-(phenethylamino)demethyl(oxy)aaptamine(2),8,9,9-trimethoxy-9H-benzo[de][1,6]-naphthyridine(3),2-methoxy-3-oxoaaptamine(4),bisdemethylaaptamine(5),尿嘧啶(6),胸腺嘧啶(7),脱氧胸腺嘧啶核苷(8)。结论化合物1、2、4、5均为首次从该种海绵中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of the sponge Aaptos suberitoides in the Xisha Islands of China. Methods The chemical constituents were separated and purified by thin-layer chromatography, silica gel chromatography, Sephadex LH-20, MPLC and semi-preparative HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by NMR, MS and literature. Results Eight compounds were isolated from the crude methanolic extract of Aaptos suberitoides of Xisha. Eight compounds were isolated from 3- (methylamino) demethyl (oxy) aaptamine (1), 3- (phenethylamino) demethyl 2-methoxy-3-oxoaaptamine (4), bisdemethylaaptamine (5), uracil (6), thymine (7), 9-trimethoxy- Deoxythymidine (8). Conclusions Compounds 1, 2, 4 and 5 were isolated from this sponge for the first time.
