社区健身运动作为一种健康的闲暇活动类型,对减少人类亚健康现象、改善人际交往、增强社区凝聚力等具有积极意义,而与其相关的社区建设空间规划设计如今也越来越受到关注。基于此,本研究借鉴国外社区空间开发建设的相关理论与实践经验,对比分析我国社区健身空间建设中存在的不足,探讨社区健身空间的设计思路,提出社区健康路径的概念、特点及其主要设计内容与方法,旨在通过社区空间规划推动健康生活。
As a type of healthy leisure activity, community fitness exercise is of positive significance in reducing human sub-health, improving interpersonal communication, and enhancing community cohesion. The community planning space design related to it has also received increasing attention. Based on this, this study draws on the relevant theories and practical experiences of the development and construction of community space in foreign countries, compares and analyzes the deficiencies in the construction of community fitness space in China, discusses the design ideas of community fitness space, and puts forward the concepts, characteristics, and main designs of community health paths. Content and methods aim to promote healthy living through community space planning.
