对杂色鲍和九孔鲍分别进行了用冷休克法诱导三倍体试验,以找出诱导的最佳组合。结果表明:杂色鲍选用处理起始时间为15.0min.处理温度为13.5～14℃,处理持续时间为10.0～15.0min的组合,诱导的批量试验苗,稚贝阶段的三倍体率两年分别为51.7％和70.0％;九孔鲍选用处理起始时间为13.5min,处理温度为13.0～13.5℃,处理持续时间为15.0～18.0min的组合,诱导的批量试验苗,稚贝阶段的三倍体率两年分别为54.5％和63.3％。笔者认为这两种组合分别用于杂色鲍和九孔鲍三倍体育种生产是可行的。
The hybrids Abalone and Abalone were respectively induced to triploid by cold shock method to find the best induction. The results showed that: the initial treatment time of variegated abalone was 15.0min, the treatment temperature was 13.5 ~ 14 ℃, the treatment duration was 10.0 ~ 15.0min, the induced batch test seedlings, the juvenile stage triploid rate two years Which were 51.7% and 70.0% respectively. The initial treatment time for selection of nine holes was 13.5 minutes, the treatment temperature was 13.0 ~ 13.5 ℃, the duration of treatment was 15.0 ~ 18.0min, The rates of ploidy were 54.5% and 63.3% in two years respectively. I believe that the combination of the two were used for hybrid abalone and abalone triptolide breeding production is feasible.
