研究了超高分子量聚乙烯和β成核剂对等规聚丙烯的协同作用,探讨了其注塑试样结构与性能之间关系。实验中在测试力学性能的基础上,采用偏光显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对试样进行形貌观察,并用二维X射线衍射研究其内部结构。实验结果表明:超高分子量聚乙烯有维持聚丙烯链段取向的作用,能显著提高β-聚丙烯的拉伸强度。
The synergistic effect of UHMW-PE and β-nucleating agent on isotactic polypropylene was investigated. The relationship between structure and properties of the injection molded samples was discussed. In the experiment, based on the test mechanical properties, the morphology of the sample was observed by polarized light microscope and scanning electron microscope, and its internal structure was studied by two-dimensional X-ray diffraction. The experimental results show that the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene has the effect of maintaining orientation of the polypropylene segment and can significantly improve the tensile strength of the β-polypropylene.
