针对铁路既有线下承式钢板梁纵横梁联接处普遍存在的纵梁腹板裂纹病害,结合宣杭铁路埭溪桥钢板梁加固工程,分析得出该处裂纹是由于设计构造细节上的缺陷以及局部应力集中等多种因素引起的疲劳裂纹。通过提高纵梁端部腹板的强度,在纵横梁联接部位栓接角钢的加固方案,改变纵梁的内力分布,改善纵梁的应力水平,提高钢桥的承载能力,并在此基础上,提出加固施工要点,可为同类病害桥梁加固设计与施工提供参考。
