现代机械制造对密封回转轴的橡胶油封的寿命和可靠性提出了愈来愈高的要求。油封的使用条件也同时显著地苛刻起来。橡胶工业科学研究院制的氟橡胶CKΦ耐热油油封在汽车和拖拉机工业中取代丁腈胶油封的应用,可明显地提高密封的耐久性。但在一些机器的部件中却发生了氟橡胶油封在很短工作时间后就破坏的情况。失效的原因是在取代丁腈胶油封时,没有仔细琢磨密封的结构,没有弄清楚氟橡胶油封的最适宜的接触负荷。人所共知,油封的弹性唇部应以适宜的经向力与轴压紧,因为压紧力过大会剧烈增
Modern machinery manufacturers have raised higher and higher demands on the life and reliability of rubber seals for sealing the rotary shaft. Seal of the conditions of use are also significantly harsh at the same time. It is well known that the elastic lip of the oil seal should be pressed with the proper longitudinal force and the shaft, because the pressing force is too big
