对于小子样系统的可靠性评定,关键在于建立系统的寿命分布类型,这也是目前可靠性工程所要解决的难题应用灰色系统理论关联度分析法,利用试验数据曲线及数值计算的分布曲线之间的关联度,可以定量地判别何种分布类型能更精确地拟合试验数据.该方法计算简便,不但适用于小子样系统,而且能够避免概率纸作图法所带来的人为因素的影响.因此,灰色关联度分析法的应用,为判定系统寿命分布类型找到了新途径。
