目的研究玫瑰树Ochrosia borbonica中的非生物碱类化学成分。方法采用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及制备HPLC等方法进行分离,采用理化分析及NMR、MS等谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果从玫瑰树枝叶90%乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取部位分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为羽扇豆醇(1)、羽扇豆酮(2)、白桦醇(3)、白桦酸(4)、熊果酸(5)、2α,3β-二羟基熊果酸(6)、11,12-去氢熊果酸内酯(7)、β-香树脂醇(8)、齐墩果内酯(9)、麦珠子酸(10)、木栓酮(11)、胆甾醇(12)、24R-乙基-5α-胆甾烷-3β,6α-二醇(13)、豆甾-7-烯-3β-醇(14)和β-谷甾醇(15)。结论所有化合物均为首次从玫瑰树属植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of non-alkaloids in Ochrosia borbonica. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative HPLC. The structures of compounds were identified by physico-chemical analysis, NMR and MS. Results Fifteen compounds were isolated from petroleum ether extracts of 90% ethanolic extracts of rose leaves, which were identified as lupeol (1), lupuonone (2), betulin (3), betulinic acid Ursolic acid (5), 2α, 3β-dihydroxy ursolic acid (6), 11,12-dehydroabieticolactone (7), β-amyl alcohol (8), oleanolic lactone (13), stigmast-7-ene (9), raphelic acid (10), woody ketone (11), cholesterol (12), 24R-ethyl-5α-cholestan-3β, -3β-ol (14) and β-sitosterol (15). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from the genus Roseus for the first time.
