目的评价荷叶左旋片对动物是否具有减肥作用。方法采用预防肥胖模型法将受试物(荷叶左旋片)设467(低)、1 400(中)、2 800(高)mg/Kg.BW 3个剂量组和空白对照组及模型对照组,每组12只雄性SD大鼠,空白对照组动物给予基础饲料和蒸馏水,模型对照组动物同时给予营养饲料和蒸馏水,各剂量组动物同时给予营养饲料和受试物,观察受试物对动物体重、体内脂肪重、脂体比、进食量及食物利用率的影响,评价其减肥作用。结果在动物肥胖模型建立成功的基础上,中、高剂量组动物的终重分别为(279.8±32.5)/g、(275.8±31.8)/g,总增重分别为(141.3±19.7)/g、(138.1±26.8)/g、总食物利用率分别为(25.36±3.46)%、(24.90±4.06)/%和体内脂肪重分别为(4.08±0.94)/g、(3.55±0.77)/g与模型对照组比较(310.5±20.5)/g、(166.8±18.7)/g、(29.48±3.30)%、(5.50±1.88)/g,降低均较显著,差异有统计学意义(F=3.498,P<0.05;F=3.580,P<0.05;F=3.269,P<0.05);高剂量组的脂体比(1.28±0.19)%明显低于模型对照组(1.77±0.59)%。而各剂量组的总进食量低于模型对照组不明显。结论在本试验条件下,荷叶左旋片对动物具有减肥作用。
Purpose To evaluate whether the lotus leaf levospirilum has a weight-loss effect on animals. Methods The anti-obesity model was divided into three groups: 467 (low), 1 400 (medium), 2 800 (high) mg / Kg.BW and blank control group and model control group , 12 male SD rats in each group. The blank control animals were given basal diet and distilled water. The model control animals were fed with both nutritive feed and distilled water. The animals in each dose group were given nutrition feed and test substance at the same time. Body weight, body fat weight, body fat ratio, food intake and food utilization rate, evaluate their weight loss. Results On the basis of the successful establishment of animal model of obesity, the final weights of middle and high dose groups were (279.8 ± 32.5) / g and (275.8 ± 31.8) / g, respectively, and the total weights were (141.3 ± 19.7) / g , (138.1 ± 26.8) / g and the total food utilization rate were (25.36 ± 3.46)%, (24.90 ± 4.06) /% and body fat weight (4.08 ± 0.94) / g and (3.55 ± 0.77) / g (310.5 ± 20.5) / g, (166.8 ± 18.7) / g, (29.48 ± 3.30)% and (5.50 ± 1.88) / g, respectively, compared with the model control group, the difference was statistically significant (F = 3.498 , P <0.05; F = 3.580, P <0.05; F = 3.269, P <0.05). The lipid ratio (1.28 ± 0.19)% of the high dose group was significantly lower than that of the model control group (1.77 ± 0.59)%. The total intake of each dose group than the model control group was not obvious. Conclusion Under the conditions of this experiment, lotus leaf levospiril has a weight-reducing effect on animals.
