本文报道了用兑制的方法制备的银胶、金胶在电镜下的结构形态和聚合行为,并与表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)常用的活性基底的其它银胶和金胶进行了对比。发现兑制方法制备的胶体与以往其它方法制备的胶体明显不同,兑制的银胶、金胶颗粒形成不够完善、尺度较小且大多成团状堆积;加入吡啶分子后并未象其它方法制备的银胶、金胶那样进一步凝聚,而是凝聚程度有所减弱;加入Cl ̄-后,结构形态发生显著变化,原来胶体中大量的团状结构被分散,并形成典型的链状凝聚。结果表明,兑制方法制备银胶、金胶,方法简单,可用于研究灵敏度要求不高的化学、生物试剂的SERS测量。
In this paper, the morphologies and polymerization behaviors of silver colloidal silver and gold colloidal silver prepared by the douche method were compared with those of the other colloidal silver and gold colloids, which are commonly used in surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS). It was found that the colloids prepared by the preparation method were obviously different from the colloids prepared by other methods in the past. The formation of colloidal silver particles and colloidal gold particles was not perfect, and the scale was smaller and mostly accumulated in clusters. The addition of pyridine molecules was not prepared by other methods Silver colloid and gold colloid, but the degree of agglomeration is weakened. After addition of Cl¯-, the morphology of the colloid changes significantly, and a large amount of clump-like structure in the colloid is dispersed and form typical chain agglomeration. The results show that the method of preparation of silver glue, gold gum, the method is simple, can be used for the study of less sensitive chemical, biological reagents SERS measurement.
