目的观察Neuritin蛋白在乳腺腺病及乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达情况,探讨Neuritin与乳腺腺病及乳腺浸润性导管癌的相关性。方法收集乳腺腺病组织20例、乳腺浸润性导管癌组织30例,采用免疫组织化学法检测各组织中Neuritin蛋白的表达情况,并用蛋白质免疫印记法进行验证。结果 Neuritin蛋白在乳腺腺病组织高表达,阳性表达率为65.0%;在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中低表达,阳性表达率为16.7%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=12.17,P<0.05);蛋白质免疫印记结果与之相符。Neuritin蛋白的表达与乳腺浸润性导管癌患者的年龄,肿瘤高、中、低分化程度及淋巴结转移情况无明显相关性。结论Neuritin在乳腺腺病及乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中表达阳性,提示Neuritin可能与乳腺腺病及乳腺浸润性导管癌的发生、发展相关,Neuritin在乳腺腺病组织中表达显著升高,这将为临床乳腺腺病的鉴别诊断提供理论依据。
Objective To observe the expression of Neuritin in breast adenosis and invasive ductal carcinoma and to investigate the relationship between Neuritin and breast adenosis and invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast. Methods Twenty cases of breast adenosis and 30 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma were collected. The expression of Neuritin protein in each tissue was detected by immunohistochemical method and verified by Western blotting. Results Neuritin protein was highly expressed in breast adenocarcinoma and the positive rate was 65.0%. The expression of Neuritin protein was low in breast invasive ductal carcinoma tissues, with a positive rate of 16.7% (χ ~ 2 = 12.17, P < 0.05). Western blot results were consistent with the results. There was no significant correlation between the expression of Neuritin and the age, tumor height, moderate and poor differentiation and lymph node metastasis in patients with invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast. Conclusion The positive expression of Neuritin in breast adenocarcinoma and invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast suggests that Neuritin may be related to the occurrence and development of breast adenocarcinoma and invasive ductal carcinoma. The expression of Neuritin in breast adenocarcinoma is significantly increased To provide a theoretical basis for the differential diagnosis of clinical breast adenosis.
