据《日刊工业新闻》报道,日本大型建筑公司竹中工务店已向市场推出用吸水板吸摄砼表层水分的机器人。该种机器人可通过无线电遥控自动作业。机器人吸水板装有0.07mm 厚的过滤网,吸水时能防止吸入水泥颗粒。吸水深度为3~5cm,作业能力为60~80m~2/h。到目前为止,砼从凝结到干燥一般采用自然晾干法,通常需要4~5h,而冬季则需要10h 以上,吸水机器人的问世可大大缩短工时。
According to “Nikk-Korea Industry News,” Takenaka, a major Japanese construction company, has introduced to the market a robot that sucks and absorbs surface water using a suction pad. This kind of robot can be operated automatically by radio remote control. The robot suction plate is equipped with a 0.07mm thick filter that prevents ingestion of cement particles when it absorbs water. The water absorption depth is 3~5cm, and the working capacity is 60~80m~2/h. So far, the natural drying method is generally used for the drying and drying of wolfberry, which usually takes 4 to 5 hours, and in winter it takes more than 10 hours. The introduction of the suction robot can greatly shorten the working hours.
