针对干法球磨机在运转过程中滑履轴承托瓦温度过高,会引起烧瓦、传动不平稳等问题,以及非常严重的恶性事故,针对不同的降温技术进行综合论述,并对其特点及应用情况进行了归纳总结。通过实际应用,提出了针对干法球磨机滑履轴承不同情况下的有效降温技术,避免了干法球磨机动力传递过程中的安全事故,对干法球磨机寿命的提高起到了一定的促进作用,为干法球磨机的设计提供了借鉴。
