通过半固态机械搅拌+陶瓷刀剪切法,利用SiO_2粉末与Al-7Si铝合金反应制备Al_2O_3颗粒增强Al-8Si基复合材料。借助金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)对该复合材料的微观组织进行分析。结果表明:Al2O3在Al-8Si合金的晶界处的分布均匀分散。复合材料中的α-Al由树枝晶向等轴晶转变。同时,Al_2O_3颗粒周围的共晶硅转变为细小的块状。
Al_2O_3 particles reinforced Al-8Si matrix composites were prepared by reaction of semi-solid mechanical stirring + ceramic knife shearing method and SiO 2 powder with Al-7Si aluminum alloy. The microstructure of the composites was analyzed by optical microscopy (OM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the distribution of Al2O3 in the grain boundary of Al-8Si alloy is well dispersed. The α-Al in the composites is transformed from dendrite to equiaxed. At the same time, the eutectic silicon around Al 2 O 3 particles transforms into small lumps.
