通过将连续送进的棒料等效转换为板坯，提出了平面型棒料感应加热器的一种设计计算方法，并用此方法设计了螺栓镦锻自动生产线上坯料加热用感应加热器，理论计算与实测结果基本吻合．
A kind of design and calculation method of flat bar induction heater was proposed by equivalently converting the continuously fed bar into a slab. With this method, an induction heater for billet heating on the upsetting bolt automatic production line was designed. The theory Calculation and measured results are basically consistent.
