运用一个材料破坏过程分析MFPA2D系统,研究了高强度圆形颗粒增强复合材料在拉伸载荷作用下经变形、损伤直至失稳破坏的全过程。分别研究了含刚性颗粒和柔性颗粒基体的不同破坏机制。数值模拟再现了颗粒增强复合材料在变形、破裂过程中的裂纹萌生、扩展规律以及颗粒间的相互作用。模拟结果清晰地显示了在脆性基体中加入刚性粒子和柔性粒子的增强增韧机制
Using a material failure process to analyze the MFPA2D system, the whole process of deformation, damage and destabilization of high strength circular particle reinforced composites under tensile load was studied. The different failure mechanisms of rigid matrix and flexible matrix were studied respectively. The numerical simulations reproduce the crack initiation, propagation and interparticle interaction of the particle reinforced composites during deformation and rupture. The simulation results clearly show the enhanced toughening mechanism of adding rigid particles and flexible particles in a brittle matrix
