为研究不同的振动参数对铸造充型性能的影响,利用ProCAST对静止条件下铸型进行充型模拟。另外,基于EDEM-Fluent固液耦合模型,在两相流场条件下近似模拟多维振动充型过程金属液中固体颗粒的运动状态。各组振动参数的模拟方案借助正交试验方法,分析不同频率、振幅、自由度的多维振动对充型性能的影响。结果表明,振动自由度、频率对充型性能的影响较显著,振幅对充型性能的影响较弱。在多维振动条件下金属液充型比静止条件下充型效果好。
In order to study the influence of different vibration parameters on the mold filling performance, the mold of static mold was simulated by ProCAST. In addition, based on EDEM-Fluent solid-liquid coupling model, the motion state of solid particles in the metal liquid during multi-dimensional vibration filling process is simulated approximately in the condition of two-phase flow field. The simulation scheme of vibration parameters of each group is based on the orthogonal test method to analyze the influence of multi-dimensional vibration of different frequencies, amplitudes and degrees of freedom on filling performance. The results show that the degrees of freedom of vibration and frequency have significant effects on the filling performance, but the amplitude has little effect on the filling performance. Under the conditions of multi-dimensional vibration, the filling of molten metal is better than the filling under static condition.
