迄今,关于胃内注入乙醇对胰外分泌影响的报告较多。虽曾有在测定十二指肠内pH值的同时观察胰外分泌变化的报告,但仅发现胰外分泌在1日内有轻度变动。而关于乙醇注入消化道内同时引起十二指肠内pH值及胰外分泌的变化未见报道。作者研究了空肠内注入乙醇对十二指肠内pH值及胰外分泌的影响,现报道于下。一、对象与方法用体重16~18kg的3支(雄2支、雌1支)杂种成犬制成慢性Herrera胰瘘模型。在胃及距Treitz韧带30cm远端部位的空肠分别插入Thomas氏套管,形成胃瘘与空肠瘘,以从此处注入乙醇。3周后开始进行测定。在测定前绝食18小
So far, there have been a lot of reports about the influence of intragastric administration of ethanol on pancreatic exocrine secretion. Although there was a report on the observation of changes in pancreatic exocrine secretion while measuring the intraduodenal pH, only slight changes in pancreatic excretion were found within 1 day. However, there is no report on the changes of intraduodenal pH value and pancreatic exocrine secretion caused by ethanol injection into the digestive tract. The authors studied the effects of jejunal ethanol infusions on the intraduodenal pH and pancreatic exocrine secretion, and is reported below.
