利用单金刚石磨粒磨削模型,根据弹性理论中的空间问题,分别考虑法向磨削分力和切向磨削分力,建立了陶瓷材料单金刚石磨粒磨削的理论模型.在压痕断裂力学基础上,分析了磨粒作用下陶瓷材料的应力状态,论证了陶瓷材料磨削裂纹的形成过程和产生位置,指出在磨粒运动的前下方,第二主应力是产生沿磨削方向裂纹的主要因素;在磨粒运动的后方,第一主应力是产生垂直于磨削方向裂纹的主要因素
According to the space problem in elastic theory, the component of normal grinding force and the force of tangential grinding are respectively considered by using the single diamond abrasive grain grinding model.
