随着我国经济的快速发展,为了解决长期以来的安全欠账,其中推广矿井瓦斯数字化远程监控系统,依靠科技进步治理煤矿瓦斯灾害可以大幅度地减少瓦斯爆炸事故发生的几率。不过现有的矿井监控系统,基本上采用的是传统的模拟回路监控,现场参数由人工观测,已经不适应生产的发展。文章根据需求分析,采用面向对象的思想,对系统网络和程序进行了设计,并讨论了矿井安全中计算机监控的理论模型及算法。给出了本系统控制程序PL编制实现现场设备控制的程序和监控软件WinCC在上位机组态的实现过程。该系统程序经测试和试运行证明可靠。
With the rapid development of economy in our country, in order to solve long-term security debts, promotion of mine gas digital remote monitoring system and relying on scientific and technological progress to control coal mine gas disasters can greatly reduce the probability of gas explosion accidents. However, the existing mine monitoring system basically uses the traditional analog loop monitoring. The field parameters are manually observed and are not suitable for the development of production. According to the demand analysis, the article designs the system network and the program by adopting the object-oriented thought and discusses the theoretical model and algorithm of computer monitoring in mine safety. Given the system control program PL programming to achieve on-site equipment control and monitoring software WinCC in the host computer configuration process. The system program has been tested and commissioned to prove reliable.
