周律师,您好!2015年5月20日,我与某化妆品公司签订了一份为期三年的合约,岗位为质检员,入职一年后,由于我在工作空闲时,用公司的电脑查看了一些与工作不相关的网页,被部门领导发现上报到公司人事部,人事部主管便以上班看和工作不相关的网页,严重违反了公司的规章制度为由与我解除了劳动合同,我回忆起在刚进入公司时的新人人职培训中,公司并未提及不能在上班时间看其他网页等要求,现因为这样的原因被开除,我实在感到很冤枉,请问律师,公司以该理由这样辞退我是否合理,我该如何维权?读者:陆先生
