目的研究二蕊荷莲豆Drymariadiandra的化学成分。方法采用大孔树脂D-101,硅胶柱色谱和PR-18进行反复分离纯化,通过波谱分析方法鉴定化合物结构。结果分离并鉴定了2个化合物:6-羧甲基-5,7,4′-三羟基黄酮()和4[E],8[E]-N-[2′-D-羟基-十六烷酰基]-1-O-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-4,8-二烯-十八鞘氨醇(大豆脑苷,)。结论化合物为新化合物,化合物首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective To study the chemical constituents of Drymariadiandra of the two-leaf lotus lotus bean. Methods The macroporous resin D-101, silica gel column chromatography and PR-18 were repeatedly isolated and purified. The structure of the compound was identified by spectral analysis. Results Two compounds were isolated and identified: 6-carboxymethyl-5,7,4’-trihydroxyflavone () and 4[E], 8[E]-N-[2’-D-hydroxyl-16 Alkanoyl]-1-OD-glucopyranosyl-4,8-diene-octaphrolidn (soapatin). Conclusion The compound is a new compound that was isolated from this plant for the first time.
