Non-public enterprises to establish trade unions, is an essential measure. It seems to me that it plays an integral role in many aspects, especially in handling and coordinating the labor relations of enterprises. Since the reform and opening up, various types of non-public enterprises in our country have mushroomed. They have made tremendous historic contributions to enhancing China’s comprehensive national strength and promoting economic and social development. However, the non-public enterprises are different in their nature of ownership from public-owned enterprises and in the internal labor relations of enterprises. The boundary of interests between the two stakeholders is very clear, and their main interest demands deviate from each other.
