Since the reform and opening up, various types of non-public enterprises in our country have mushroomed. They have made tremendous historic contributions to enhancing China’s comprehensive national strength and promoting economic and social development. However, the non-public enterprises are different in their nature of ownership from public-owned enterprises and in the internal labor relations of enterprises. The boundary of interests between the two stakeholders is very clear, and their main interest demands deviate from each other.
