目的:进一步研究GAP43(生长相关蛋白43)在周围神经损伤和再生中的表达部位及其作用。方法:采用免疫电镜技术对6只大鼠坐骨神经损伤和再生中的GAP43表达情况作初步观察。结果:电镜观察发现大鼠腰骶髓神经元、背根神经节神经元、胶质细胞等胞浆和胞核中均有密集的GAP43免疫反应颗粒沉积。结论:据结果和笔者先前的GAP43免疫组化研究,发现周围神经损伤和再生中,可引起GAP43较广泛的表达;其表达以神经元胞体为主,逐渐向损伤处运送,在神经再生中可能起着重要作用。
Objective: To further study the expression of GAP43 (growth-associated protein 43) in peripheral nerve injury and regeneration and its role. Methods: Immuno-electron microscopy was used to observe the expression of GAP43 during the sciatic nerve injury and regeneration in 6 rats. Results: Electron microscopy showed that GAP43-immunoreactive particles were densely distributed in the cytoplasm and nucleus of rat lumbosacral spinal cord neurons, dorsal root ganglion neurons and glial cells. Conclusion: According to the results and the author’s previous GAP 43 immunohistochemical study found that peripheral nerve injury and regeneration, can cause a more extensive expression of GAP 43; expression of neuronal somatic cells gradually transported to the injury at Nerve regeneration may play an important role.
