Trippett等报导对氯苯亚甲叉三苯胂在无水乙醇中与醛反应,得到环氧乙烷衍生物。Tewari等应用对溴(或碘)苯亚甲叉三苯胂在甲醇中与醛反应,得到烯烃衍生物。我们曾报导了溴化氟苯亚甲基三苯鉮的制备及其与芳醛的反应,获得反式环氧乙烷衍生物,没有分离出烯烃化合物。为了进一步考察溴化氟苯亚甲基三苯鉮(1a-b)与羰基化合物反应的立体选择性,我们分别用两种硝基苯甲醛与季鉮盐(1a-b)反应,结果也得到相应的反式环氧乙烷衍生物。其反应式如下:
Trippett et al. Reported that chlorobenzofuran triphenylarsine reacted with aldehydes in absolute ethanol to give ethylene oxide derivatives. Tewari and other applications of bromine (or iodine) benzylidene triphenyl arsine in methanol with aldehydes to give olefin derivatives. We have reported the preparation of fluorophenyl benzonitrile and its reaction with aromatic aldehydes to obtain trans-ethylene oxide derivatives without the isolation of olefinic compounds. In order to further investigate the stereoselectivity of the reaction of fluorobenzylidenetriphenylphosphonium bromide (1a-b) with carbonyl compounds, we also obtained the reaction of two nitrobenzaldehydes with quaternary phosphonium salts (1a-b) The corresponding trans-ethylene oxide derivative.
