在一次初中物理探究式教学观摩活动中,关于教学活动中“猜想”环节的相应处置,执教者的做法与观摩者的看法发生了冲突,于评课过程中思维发生了碰撞.笔者在忠实记录下相关内容基础上,发表了相应的观点:实现教师专业发展决不能仅仅在教学行为运作技能上下功夫,还应该注意针对教学行为的运作内容(学科知识)作高层次、高品位的修为;教师自身的专业发展,应该落实在教学的运作过程中,切忌漂浮于高空中作纯理性的夸夸其谈.
