目的:分析溶血标本对肝功能检验准确性的影响,总结引起标本溶血的原因并提出有效的解决措施,提高肝功能检验的准确性。方法:特选取近一年来我中心接受肝功能检查的患者68例,所有患者均采取血液标本两次分别作为观察组和对照组,观察组不对血液标本做任何处理,对照组则进行溶血处理,针对两组的肝功能检验结果进行比较分析。结果:两次肝功能检验结果具有显著差异,就差异进行统计学比较P<0.05有意义;观察组的AST、ALT、TP及ALB均显著小于对照,而ALP、DBil及TBil等均显著高于对照组。结论:溶血标本和非溶血标本肝功能检验结果差异显著,标本溶血对肝功能检验的结果影响显著,采集、运输、检验等操作不当均能导致标本溶血现象的发生,只有不断加强对检验各个环节的管理,才能减少溶血标本的出现,提高肝功能检验的准确性。
Objective: To analyze the influence of hemolytic specimen on the accuracy of liver function test, summarize the cause of hemolytic specimen and put forward effective measures to improve the accuracy of liver function test. Methods: We selected 68 patients with liver function tests in our center during the past year. All patients took blood samples twice as observation group and control group respectively. The observation group did not do any treatment on the blood samples, while the control group did hemolysis treatment, For the two groups of liver function test results for comparative analysis. Results: There was significant difference between the two liver function test results, P <0.05 was statistically significant difference; AST, ALT, TP and ALB in the observation group were significantly less than the control, ALP, DBil and TBil were significantly higher than Control group. Conclusion: The results of liver function tests of hemolysis specimens and non-hemolysis specimens are significantly different. Hemolysis of samples has a significant effect on the results of liver function tests. Improper operation of collection, transportation and inspection can lead to the hemolysis of specimens. Only by constantly strengthening the testing of each link The management, can reduce the appearance of hemolysis specimens, improve the accuracy of liver function tests.
