复合软管接头处内压密封层的有效固定可减小接头处输送介质泄漏的风险。介绍了复合软管的内压密封层的固定形式,测试了内压密封层的弹性模量、线性热膨胀系数、剪切强度及压缩应力松弛性能,并根据内压密封层的性能校核了其固定效果。结果表明:随着时间的推移,内压密封层所受的压缩应力逐渐衰减,在整个设计寿命周期内,压缩应力的下降率为83.9%。当内压密封固定件的凸环完全压入内压密封层时,在初始阶段内压密封层固定件提供的轴向力可抵消因介质停输而产生的热收缩力;若考虑内压密封层的应力松弛行为,内压密封层固定件提供的轴向力减小,内压密封层会有脱出的风险,可通过增加内压密封层固定件的设计长度和凸环圈数来增加固定件提供的轴向力。
