自从水杨基萤光酮—阳离子表面活性剂测定微量钛的方法建立以后,使得金属材料、合金、矿石中微量钛的测定有了较大的进展,但该法在消除钨、铌的干扰还缺有效办法.所以,着试样中含钨、铌时,使用该法测定微量钛仍有一定困难.此外,利用该法测定矿石中微量钦时,络合物溶液有混浊现象发生.为使测定微量钛的方法更加完善,本文采用邻硝基苯基萤光酮为显色剂,详细地研究了多种非离子表面活性剂对测定微量钛的影响.试验结果表明,非离子表面活性剂中Triton X-100和Tween 80体系具有一系列特点,比阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB体系在灵敏度和选择性方面均有一定的提高和改善.在探讨各种非离子表面活性剂的胶束增敏作用之后,本文拟定了以Triton X-100为表面活性剂,邻硝基苯基萤光酮为显色剂测定微量钛的新方法.总之,本法与目前测定微量钛的同类方法相比具有以下特点:
