为了保证装配后滑块与床身工作台面的垂直度。冲床导轨与滑块在刮削修理时,要反复测量导轨与滑块模柄孔的两条母线的平行度,这种做法既费力又费时。我们采取一次性加工好左右导轨的下平面,也能达到精度要求。其方法是根据冲床滑块型号的大小、工作台面宽度、横梁刀架及立柱磨头升降高度的条件,将左右导轨与已经加工成的滑块配刮好后,再用夹具夹紧(附图),即可在刨床或平面磨床上加工而成。
