研究矿样采自铜铅锌黄铁矿多金属硫化矿上部矿体的浸染状矿脉。上部矿体属次生富集带。矿石性质复杂、受到氧化并含有大量以铜蓝为主的次生铜,用已知方法难以分选。有关研究单位曾对该矿石的分选做过不少研究工作,但均未能解决分选问题。这类分选问题也是国际上尚末解决的选矿问题之一。我们于1961~1963年对该矿样的分选进行了研究。采用混合一优先浮选流程。混合精矿不脱药,再磨后用亚硫酸钠、硫酸亚铁、石灰法分选铜铅锌黄铁矿。试验取得了较满意的结果。
The ore samples were collected from the disseminated vein of copper-lead-zinc-pyrite polymetallic sulfide orebodies. The upper ore body is a secondary enrichment zone. Ore is complex in nature, oxidized and contains a large amount of secondary copper, mainly copper blue, which is difficult to classify by known methods. The research unit had done a lot of research on the sorting of the ore, but failed to solve the sorting problem. Such sorting is also one of the mineral processing issues that have not yet been solved in the world. We conducted a study of the sorting of the samples from 1961 to 1963. Adopt a mixed priority flotation process. Mixed concentrate is not drug, and then grinding with sodium sulfite, ferrous sulfate, lime sorting copper lead-zinc pyrite. The test has achieved more satisfactory results.
