为了更为合理地对塔式起重机附着撑杆的安全性进行校核,提出考虑附着柔性的附着撑杆受力计算方法,并根据求得的受力进行撑杆强度验算。针对一种典型的三杆式附着塔式起重机进行完整的附着撑杆受力计算,提供一种简洁明了的计算方法与过程,以便实际工程使用和借鉴。对实际塔式起重机附着撑杆受力进行计算,并且通过有限元分析软件验证了该方法计算的正确性和有效性。
In order to verify the safety of the tower crane attachment strut more reasonably, a method to calculate the stress of the attachment strut considering the attachment flexibility is proposed, and the strut strength checking is performed according to the obtained stress. For a typical three-bar attached tower crane to complete the calculation of the stress of the attachment strut, to provide a concise calculation method and process for practical engineering use and reference. The force of the tower crane attachment strut was calculated, and the correctness and effectiveness of the method were verified by finite element analysis software.
