公立医院改革体现着政府的职能,倍受社会关注。公立医院应最大化地向社会展示自身的形象,应用SWOT分析法做好宣传策划,针对自身的优势(Strength)和劣势(Weakness),以及面临的机会(Opportunity)和威胁(Threat),较客观而准确地分析和研究现实情况,科学地将宣传战略与医院内部资源及外部环境有机结合起来,与竞争对手的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行比较,制定出切合公立医院发展的宣传策略。
Public hospital reform reflects the government’s functions, much social concern. Public hospitals should maximize their image to the society, use SWOT analysis method to make propaganda and planning, and aim at their own strengths and weaknesses (Weakness), as well as the opportunities and threats And accurately analyze and study the actual situation, scientifically combine the propaganda strategy with the internal resources and external environment of the hospital, compare with the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the competitors, and formulate the publicity strategies in line with the development of public hospitals.
