在学校常看到一些青年教师与学生发生矛盾时,批评学生不服就体罚或变相体罚学生.年轻教师比较气盛,容易急躁,加之教学经验不足,所以,容易和学生发生矛盾,也容易用一些过火的方法来对待学生.一旦教师的过火行为出现,不但不能使师生之间的矛盾解决,反而会激化矛盾,给教育工作造成很大障碍.要尽量使教师与学生间的矛盾冲突少出现,这就要求教师学会处理好和学生的关系.怎样才能处理好师生关系呢?我的体会是:第一,教师要从自己做起.教师在每个学生的心目中都有一个形象,这个形象是教师自己的一言一行塑造的.这个形象如何,决定着他的威信,形象好,威信就高,学生就尊敬他,服从他,师生关系就融洽,教育效果也自然会好;相反,如果一
