Recently, we observed the efficacy of IVIG in treating neonatal ABO hemolytic disease caused by hyperbilirubinemia, are reported as follows: Clinical data and methods Pediatric hospital from March 1996 to September 1997 admitted to the nasopharynx proved freshmen Children ABO hemolytic disease in 8 cases. 5 cases were treated with routine treatment as control group, 3 cases were treated with IVIG plus conventional therapy.
