铣刨转子是铣刨机的核心部件,其边刀及边刀座的快速磨损会影响到铣刨机的正常工作,介绍铣刨转子的结构组成和特点。从边刀的侧倾角和外倾角的设计、立刀对边刀的保护,以及废料的抛送对铣刀的磨损、铣刨深度和最大行走速度的合理匹配等方面分析造成磨损的原因,并对边刀的侧倾角、外倾角和切入角以及抛料板的结构进行改进设计,重新布置铣刨转子两侧的铣刀。改进后的铣刨转子在实际施工使用中效果良好。
Milling rotor is the core part of milling machine. The rapid wear of edge knife and edge knife seat will affect the normal operation of milling machine.
